GB1 is our flagship solar panel cleaning system for use in solar farms that offers the flexibility of a manual cleaning system, speed of a panel mounted system and is water efficient as well. The system consists of an autonomous ground vehicle (robot) fitted with our proprietary cleaning system which takes data from the solar plant SCADA system and then carries out optimal cleaning based on real time requirements. Some unique features of our system include the ability to clean bi-facial panels, trimming grass and other vegetation, built-in vision system for inspecting modules and the capability to handle the necessary agricultural tasks in an agrivoltaics solar plant. This innovative design enables cleaning without applying direct load on the panels and thereby eliminates the risk of panel damage caused by heavy panel-mounted systems traditionally used in solar farms.
